  1. First, let’s get to know each other! We’ll schedule an appointment for a strategy session so I can get an in depth understanding of your goals.

  2. Help you identify your ideal locations based on your needs and lifestyle.

  3. Discovering your budget. I will connect you to top lenders who can get you preapproved, usually within twenty four hours.

  4. Once we know your must haves, location and budget it is time to shop! I will get you subscribed to a home search that updates in real time, so you don’t miss a thing.

  5. I will keep you up to speed with open houses that are available, as well as secure tours for homes you want to see privately, accompanying you whenever possible.

  6. Find something of interest? Over my ten plus years in the business, I have forged many relationships with agents across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This extensive network of contacts can help provide the inside scoop on certain properties, even off market deals. I also provide market analysis reports whenever needed to get you as much information as possible.

  7. Once it is time to write an offer, I will do everything in my power to put you in a winning position. This market is very competitive! I will discuss the best strategy with you so we can write an offer that will get to the top of the pile!

  8. Negotiation is key and that skill only comes with practice! Put my experience across hundreds of transactions to work for you! I will work tirelessly to get you the best deal.
